RETURNS - EXCHANGES - CANCELLATIONS

**COVID-19 REGULATIONS ARE IN EFFECT**

For the protection of our staff and customers, ALL ADULT NOVELTY SALES ARE FINAL. Oils and lubricants will NOT be exchanged.  We cannot accept any items that have been opened and or used. 

 

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

  In the event any of your packages are damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier upon delivery. Please note that the carrier usually requires pictures of the damaged package. 

If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, or has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed with the carrier at the time of delivery. Please make sure the driver notates the damage, if applicable.

In the case you need to file a claim, make sure to provide the carrier with the following:

  • Pictures and documentation of the damage.
  • The original cartons and packing material, to be inspected by the carrier. (This is required by all carriers.)
  • Original sales invoice for cost reimbursement.

 Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be cancelled.

As soon as an order is placed, the product is separated from our standard inventory and processed the same day. Be sure that you are 110% sure about purchasing the product before proceeding to checkout. 

What if I do not receive an item that I was charged for?

This rarely happens, as every item is scanned before shipping to keep mistakes at a minimum. However, in the occasion an error may occur, contact adult-shopping.myshopify.com immediately. Please make sure to check the packing material and box, as smaller items can be easily missed while unpacking the order. Store credit may be given, but it is based on a case by case basis. All store credit expires after 1 year.
